Hello,

My name is SJ. I’m in my 30s, married to my best friend (cliché, but true), and mama to two very cuddly little boys who keep my heart full and coffee cup empty.

Like many millennial moms, I’m learning that motherhood is a dazzling mix of joy, chaos, trial & error, and finding little moments of beauty in the everyday. Some days I am figuring out parenting one snack & one purée at a time. Other days, you’ll find me staring blankly into the abyss as my baby screams and my toddler sobs because I served his lunch in the blue bowl instead of the yellow one.

I created this space to share things I wish someone had shared with me. Honest experiences, practical tips, creative inspiration, thoughtful product recommendations, and the little discoveries that make everyday life feel a little easier.

This blog (or whatever the young’ins call it) is a collections of imperfect moments. From navigating motherhood and celebrating the little wins to sharing things I genuinely love, lessons I’m learning as a I go, and anything that inspires me to create a home and life filled contentment and a few less tears (for my children AND me).
